RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SURVEYS
I provide RICS Home Surveys Level 1, 2 and 3 and my own Full Building Survey.
Full Building Surveys and RICS Level 3 are advised for older buildings, or with unique construction like cob and stone or with significant alterations. As an experienced building surveyor I provide a comprehensive report that explains materials and construction elements with expert advice on defects and suitable repair options.

COMMERCIAL SURVEYS
My detailed commercial surveys assess the property's repair condition while providing insights into its conformity to current legislation. For advice on repairs, upgrades, extensions or planning for future maintenance, I can provide estimates and maintenance plans, aiding in your strategic business planning.
I also provide Schedules of condition for lease agreements, and delapidation surveys and advice for Landlord or tenant.

My expertise in the Party Wall Act and matters concerning shared Party Walls and Structures between adjoining properties are worked on with appropriate care and protocol.
